Do obowiązków nowozatrudnionej osoby należeć będzie :

  • – współpraca i utrzymywanie kontaktów z dotychczasowymi dostawcami zagranicznymi firmy , w sektorach ryb świeżych i mrożonych ;
  • – wyszukiwanie i pozyskiwanie nowych dostawców surowców i towarów handlowych dla działu handlowego i działu produkcji ;
  • – organizacja dostaw surowców i towarów , planowanie dostaw i dbanie o niskie koszty logistyczne;
  • – dbanie o zapewnienie ciągłości dostaw na potrzeby handlu i produkcji;
  • – współpraca z magazynem firmy oraz chłodniami składowymi;
  • – współpraca z firmami transportowymi;
  • – przygotowywanie umów na dostawy surowców i towarów, w oparciu o akredytywy i system ubezpieczenia kupieckiego;
  • – organizacja odpraw zakupów importowych ;
  • – ścisła współpraca z pozostałymi pracownikami działu handlowego;
  • – ścisła współpraca z działem produkcji i kontroli jakości;
  • – aktywny udział w procesie sprzedaży towarów handlowych i produktów firmy.

Od kandydata wymagamy:

  • – wyższego wykształcenia;
  • – udokumentowanego , kilkuletniego doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku;
  • – znajomości branży rybnej , w szczególności światowego rynku zaopatrzenia w ryby i owoce morza;
  • – bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego;
  • – znajomość j. hiszpańskiego i rosyjskiego byłaby dużym atutem;
  • – samodzielności , kreatywności i determinacji w dążeniu do celu;
  • – umiejętności współpracy z pozostałymi członkami zespołu;
  • – posiadania prawa jazdy.

We are looking for a

Product Line Specialist – Carrier CO Fiber Optic Hardware
EMEA/APAC

Role Purpose
The Product Line Specialist (PLS) executes a strategy that supports the achievement of sales growth and profitability in the Carrier CO Fiber Optic Hardware EMEA/APAC product line. The candidate is responsible for product definition, product positioning as well as optimizing long term profitability by balancing value pricing & customer demand position. The PLS also acts as the key interface between the Carrier Commercial organization, Technology, Manufacturing, Quality and Production Planning.

Roles and Responsibilities
– Work with the Product Line Manager (PLM) and Product Team members to execute product life-cycle management strategy, including the development of Carrier CO hardware products
– Work with the PLM to contribute to the development of both long and short term business strategies to maximize profitability and achieve growth
– Champion new product development and timely release through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Market Development, Technology and Manufacturing Operations
– Collaborate with Americas PLM and PLS counterparts to drive Global Carrier CO product strategies
– Understand the competitive environment and devise plans to differentiate and counteract
– Interpret market demand and provide forecast input for capacity planning
– Provide technical support to develop product literature and promotional brochures
– Support key day-to-day activities for the Carrier market
– Formulate value propositions with commercial team to position against the competition
– Influence supply-chain and procurement to deliver best cost and service
– Provide product training and support to the Customer Representative (CSR) organization
– Assist in resolving product, quality, and service issues while balancing customer needs
– Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and costs
– Collect and distribute specialized reports and key product line metrics for analysis

Education
Engineering or Business (required)
MBA (preferred)

Required Years and Area of Experience
2 to 5+ years of experience in product line management, engineering, manufacturing or commercial/marketing

Required Skills
– Ability to interface with both Design (Technology) and Manufacturing Engineering teams, in order to lead and influence product technical characteristics.
– Ability to work with other functional groups and deliver results across functional teams
– Demonstrate entrepreneurship with ability to formulate visions/strategies and predict trends
– Ability to plan, manage, execute multiple priorities and perform under pressure
– Possess strong analytical skills coupled with understanding of financial statements
– Possess strong work ethic and attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
– Demonstrates pro-activeness and delivers results consistently in a timely manner
– Fluent command of the English language; other languages will be a plus
– Excellent presentation skills
– Able to compose and communicate both in written and verbal formats Desired Skills
– Knowledge of the Carrier market and network architectures
– Experienced in fiber optic hardware installation, architecture and functionality
– MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
